meet shannon

For the first 7 years of her career, Shannon worked for Fortune 500 companies in financial and analytical roles. Despite achieving the traditional definition of success, she felt deeply unfulfilled and craved a more meaningful career.

In 2014, Shannon hit her career rock bottom and hired her first coach. This life-changing experience inspired her to become a certified coach and start her own coaching business, Ishiki Insights.

Through her 1:1 coaching and group programs, Shannon is on a mission to normalize the conversation around money and help female entrepreneurs break free from their financial rut. She helps her clients bust through money blocks so that they can change how they feel about money and finally make a full-time income doing what they love.

Ask Shannon what the single most important factor in her entrepreneurial journey is and she will say sisterhood, which is why she’s so excited to be a co-founder of The Biz Sisterhood!

just for fun!

  • Our co-working days are like mini sleepovers - there’s snacks (chocolate, of course!), silly giggles, and heartfelt convos about life.

  • Our philosophy is - a dance break a day keeps the body + mind feelin’ fine!

  • The fastest way to our hearts is office supplies. Think colorful notebooks, stickers, Sharpies, and a stack of Post-its®.

You are imperfect, you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging.
